26 July 2025. This makes me a little bit sad to think about the fact that Geoff knew I've been struggling and neglecting myself all these years. You can hear him mention it, so he's always known, despite not saying anything to me before.

But then I guess that's what love looks like isn't it. Through the good and the bad and seeing beyond the surface. I know he's grateful and I needed to hear this today! #stroke #survivor #husband #love #fyp
